With the paralympic games in Rio Brazil approaching now is a fantastic time to get involved in sport. Whether it’s to have fun, make friends, get out and about or simply try something new, here is a great opportunity from the S Factor Academy Lewisham.
The sessions are free, fun and open to 5 to 25 year olds of any ability and include:
- Athletics for blind and partial sighted young people on Saturday 16th July 10 am – 12 pm (adapted equipment provided).
- Wheelchair athletics on on Saturday 23rd July 10 am – 12 pm (racing chairs provided).
Both take place at the Ladywell Arena, Silvermere Road, Lewisham, London, SE6 4QX.
